Jayme Phillips has expertise way beyond my knowledge and shared suggestions and ideas that I was grateful to have. His initial perfection was amazing as the construction went up and everything fit exactly. He pointed out things that would save me in the future. As for savings, he saved me money through discounts from the vendors on materials. I was impressed in a big way, and will use High Level Construction when I have a construction need. I recommend without any reservation whatsoever. Professional construction and man of integrity. He built a carport that stayed in tact during a 7.0 earthquake. I am truly amazed. When his work held up and nothing else did in this horrible earthquake. I worked for the federal government and know in the department that handles these kind of things, and I know what good is!
